Introduction to Galaxy@IGC: 4th September at 16h00 in Theano

Come and learn how you can start doing your own bioinformatics analysis using a simple, easy to use interface.

The Bioinformatics Unit have been providing a Galaxy instance at the IGC for some years now.

We are now building a new version, called galaxy2. While the previous one will still continue to exist, all new functionality will be built on the new version.

In this session, we'll start by briefly describing what Galaxy is and the resources the Bioinformatics Unit is providing at the IGC.

Then we'll make a short hands-on for people to start practicing using Galaxy and ask questions.

We hope to be able to count on your presence and input to plan for the future of Galaxy@IGC.
